A world of opportunities
We offer an extensive range of programs and experiences that allow students to explore their interests and develop their strengths. Alongside STEM, sport and the creative arts, students can engage in debating, public speaking, the Writer’s Festival, gardening club, HPGE extension groups, drama, SIMF, Dance Festival, our annual production, music, dance and gymnastics, games club, lunchtime and interest-based clubs, and Tournament of the Minds. Our dedicated staff, including trained drama, music and language teachers, further enrich these opportunities. We also offer a growing language program that supports cultural understanding and communication skills.
Students in Years 3 to 6 also participate in an elective school sport program, with Year 2 joining in Term 4. Our athletics program and inter-school sporting competitions provide additional opportunities for students to challenge themselves, build teamwork and represent Jamberoo with pride.
In addition, we provide a wide range of leadership opportunities for students in Stages 2 and 3, helping them develop confidence, responsibility and a strong sense of service. These roles include Sports House Captains, Library Monitors, Technology Team members and our School Captains and Vice Captains. Each class is also represented by SRC members who share student voice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
